Please note: You are responsible for arranging the collection of your purchases. You will need to make arrangements for very large and/or fragile items. We will assist where possible but the responsibility is ultimately yours. A $10 charge for packaging may apply where packing is required.

Adelaide Metro Area: Charged at Australia Post Standard Rates

SA Country: Quoted on a size and weight basis according to the Australia Post Parcel Post calculator.

Large Items & Interstate:Quoted on a size and weight basis according to the most appropriate freight calculator.

Wine

We use our custom-made cardboard cartons that hold nine litres (this is the equivalent of 12 bottles, 6 magnums, 6 Para Port or 24 half bottles). Large format bottles are packed one to a carton. Our shipping charge includes all packaging materials.

Australia Wide - We use Australia Post to deliver your wine at the following carton rate: Adelaide $7, Melbourne $13, Sydney $15, Brisbane $16, Perth $21, Tasmania & Country Areas: $28 (incl GST).

International - We use SkyNet Express and can provide a quote on a case by case basis.

Insurance - We recommend that you always insure your wine purchases. The benefit of insuring is that we refund any loss or breakage automatically, upon proof of loss or damage. Insurance can be arranged for wine shipped within Australia at AUD$1.50 per AUD$100 value. Each shipment must be insured to its full value as stated on the invoice. The minimum charge is $11 (incl GST).
