• Lots left for payment or collection after this period are subject to a storage fee of $10.00 per lot per day.

• REMOVAL OF LOTS The buyer is fully responsible for the expense and risk of the removal of a lot and for any damage to property or injury to persons caused to themselves, their agents or employees which occurs during the removal of a lot.

• [MBM] Many lots are classified as Money Back Monday.  If these lots are faulty & are returned by 12 noon Monday the hammer price & buyer’s premium will be refunded.

 

• NO OTHER GOODS ARE RETURNABLE for any reason whatsoever. Including, but not limited to : Damage, Misdescription, Unsuitability, Fault or incomplete. Bidders must satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the nature and authenticity of a lot and accept the same with all faults, latent or patent.

 

• [A/F] Lots classified A/F or As Is or Spares/Repair are being offered for sale as faulty and are sold as seen.

 

• OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH OBLIGATIONS Unless otherwise stated, the plant sold at this auction has not been assessed or inspected by a competent person and it may or may not be affected by faults or defects which make it unsafe for use. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure assessment and inspection by a competent person. The buyer is warned that items not previously assessed or inspected by a competent person may be suitable for scrap or spare parts only.
