Payment and pickup must be made by Midday
Monday following a general auction.
Collection Times: Saturday up to 1 hour after auction completion.
Sunday 9.00am to 12noon
Monday 8.30am to 12noon

Lots left for payment or collection after this period are subject to a storage fee of $10.00 per lot per day.

REMOVAL OF LOTS
The buyer is fully responsible for the
expense and risk of the removal of a lot and for any damage to property or
injury to persons caused to themselves, their agents or employees which occurs
during the removal of a lot.

Monday. If these lots are faulty & are returned by 12 noon Monday the
hammer price & buyer’s premium will be refunded.

whatsoever. Including, but not
limited to : Damage, Misdescription, Unsuitability, Fault or incomplete.
Bidders must satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the nature
and authenticity of a lot and accept the same with all faults, latent or
patent.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure assessment and inspection by a competent person. The buyer is warned that items not previously assessed or inspected by a competent person may be suitable for scrap or spare parts only.
